
P. Douglas Barr
An accomplished trial lawyer with Stoll Keenon Ogden since 1986, Doug currently serves as the firm’s Managing Director. In that role, he oversees operations and leads strategic initiatives for the firm’s 180 attorneys in five regional offices in Kentucky and Indiana. Doug’s experience heading a major law firm with regional, national and international practices, offices in two state capitals, and clients impacted daily by the actions of local, state and national governments, has underscored his commitment to the goals of SKO-GOV.
As one of the Managers of SKO-GOV, Doug’s primary role is to ensure that the wide-ranging expertise of the parent law firm, detailed below, is brought into play as needed to support the clients of SKO-GOV:
