Paul Harnice is a Member of SKO-GOV and has been a Member of Stoll Keenon Ogden PLLC since 2005. Paul provides legislative and legal advice to businesses throughout Kentucky, as well as various industry associations and regulatory agencies.
Paul’s government relations experience is wide ranging, and includes establishing client’s legislative priorities, bill preparation and advocacy, as well as lobbying. Paul has testified before legislative committees and brings a diverse skill set and respected reputation that help his clients achieve their objectives. Whether before the executive or legislative branch of state government, or at the local level, Paul’s deliberate focus is directed on positive results and constant consideration for his client, as he ably guides clients through planning and implementation of their individual strategies. Paul’s legal practice is wide ranging; he is part of the Business Litigation, Tort, Trial & Insurance Services, and Criminal Law practice groups and serves on the firms Board of Directors. Paul provides counsel to businesses and professionals faced with lawsuits, arbitration, and other conflicts. He helps manage disputes on the front end with strategic thinking that’s focused on positive results and constant consideration for the client and ably guides his clients through litigation or arbitration by developing effective pre-litigation strategies through zealous appellate advocacy. Paul is a member of the Franklin County, Kentucky and American Bar Associations. He currently serves on the board of Directors for Independence Bank and has served the Board of Regents for Kentucky State University and on the Board of Directors for the Frankfort YMCA. |
